To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeRefinery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Platform or other users. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
